Helmet SHOEI EX-Zero gray basalto. The new Shoei Ex Zero has been inspired by the lines of the "Ex" series of Shoei of the 80s. With a very compact and refined design, Shoei has applied its most advanced technologies derived from current helmets.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• The outer shell (external structure) is made of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix): organic fiber and multi-composite of multi-layer fibers that offer a shell that absorbs impacts with optimal rigidity and elasticity.
• The inner shell (inner structure) is made of EPS of two densities that offers a high degree of impact absorption.
• Incorporates the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System), which facilitates helmet removal in the event of an accident by means of the quick release system of the side padding.
• Double ring closure. Easy to use and always with a perfect fit.
• 3D central padding for maximum comfort.
• Fully removable and washable inner padding.
• Padding in the ear area for greater sound insulation.
• Multi-layer polyurethane padding of different densities in the cheek area.
• Leather interior finishes that further enhance its retro design.
• Nobuck finishes in the inner area of the screen to avoid possible reflections.
• The chin guard area adopts a tapered shape to offer less air resistance.
• The visor chosen for the Shoei Ex Zero is the CJ-3, which offers excellent performance without sacrificing vintage style. The shape of the CJ-3 visor is fully integrated with the helmet design.
• It is adjustable in 3 positions and has a rounded shape emulating the shape of classic goggles.
• The mechanism of the visor allows a quick replacement of the visor without the use of tools.
• With the visor completely hidden or removed, offroad glasses can be integrated.
